I am ready to contribute my 50$ discount coupon if any N goes for Big Y.

PS. I am not sure if it's feasible at all or work for non-WTY guys.

I'm considering having Big Y done, but optimally I'd like to see serious discussion on Big Y vs. Full Genomes product.

Vadu,

I have already put my order in, with your $50 coupon I think it will work only with kits that have done the WTY, you are not considering doing the BIG-Y? I could donate a few $ if it will help. ;)

I'm thinking of ordering it. Is there any reason, besides the cost, that I shouldn't order it for my kit 176931 (L1022+)?
FTDNA kit 176931, N1c1a1a2 (L1022+)

Full Genomes claims they test 25,000,000 bp vs 10,000,000 of FTDNA. There is no option yet to compare these two tests as both are brand new products. Although, Full Genomes gives mito, 300+ Y-STRs besides SNPs. While FTDNA talks about SNPs only and QC is somewhat controversial, I had minimum a couple wrong assignments of crucial SNPs in my project.

I can let you have $100 and I'm sure we could get a few of our fellow forum members to donate to the project

So if anyone has a few extra $ to spare please donate to a great cause and we might discover a lot of new SNPs.
