As 194027 Hommik got his L1022 +, L1022 goes from the group of private mutations to the group of systematic mutations.

They are named N1c1(L1022).

The majority of Finns who is in the N1c1(xL550)-NortEurasian must be L1022+.
The majority of Russians. Tatars, Volga Finns who is in the N1c1(xL550)-NortEurasian must be L1022-.

Many thanks for the information, Mouglley. Juhani was just kind enought to disclose that there is at least one Savonian result with L1022-, which apparently connects the whole savonian-carelian-ladogan/volgaic lineage with the other more eastern N1c1 lineages, I guess.

You're absolutely right.

I think L1022 would be negative for the majority of Sanonian and Karelian N1c1's (that is for those whos DYS390=24).
As you know Juhani himself is that "Savonian L1022-".

But can we forbid them to test their L1022?
