My MtDNA results have placed me in MtDNA H, with HVR1 mutations in Loc 16519 sub T>c, and HVR2 mutations at 263 sub A>g and 315 ins C>CC, which should make me H2a4. However, on another web site I found required Defining SNPs for H2a4 as C11140T and i3000989(T:T).
I don't know what this last means but, by following the phylogenic tree I should be H2a4, except that I can't find the mutation at 315 listed. Can anyone untangle this for me please?
