This Italian tested from 23andMe is an mt hg. I4a:
HVR2: 73G 199C 204C 263G
CR: 750G 1438G 1719A 2706G 4769G 7028T 8251A 8519A 8860G 10034C 10238C 10398G 10819G 11719A 12501A 12705T 13780G 14766T 15043A 15924G
HVR1: 16129A 16218T 16223T 16356G 16391A (16519C)
He has some no-calls
i3002172 MT 4529 --
rs41400048 MT 250 --
but all the mutations of the hg. The extra mutations in HVRI (16218T and 16356G) make him different from all the I4a known so far. Of course with an FMS we could know more about his origin and that of his hg., seen that I4 is probably the hg. of the European hunter-gatherers of the Southern European Refugia, but this Italian I4a may be a witness of the Italian Refugium or also due to a back migration from North. Anyway that none of the numerous I4a-s tested in North Europe have these two mutations make us think to the former hypothesis.

Of course. I studied the data you invited Flavia to send me, and these are my conclusions.
