The mthap program correctly interpreted my results. I am part of the new subclade: J1c2g (and my FMS was one of the two samples used to define this subclade). Results from mthap:

FASTA format was uploaded. Based on the markers found, assuming the following regions were completely sequenced: HVR1 (16001~16569) HVR2 (1~574) CR (575~16000).

Found 16569 markers at 16569 positions covering 100.0% of mtDNA.

I was also used to build a new subclade J2b1a1a..myself and one other person I know ( we each possess a mito Ancestress from West Cork c. 1840) possess a private mutation.. apparently there is a 2nd person who matches us at 3.059.04 with this # JQ702863

I don't know how to find all that you both posted but this is me:

Want to add also that Jim Logan just told me at the J2 group that this: C16126T! is a "back mutation" that I share with just these 2 other family's also..
