My Full Genome test of my mt is a demonstration of the instability (due to heteroplasmy) of the known loci as the insertions in 309.1C, 315.1C and the mutation 16519C:

My mt lacks the mutations in 114T and 16093C, demonstrating what I have expressed many times: that the origin is in Italy and very likely in Tuscany.
