My Ligurian friend Marco Grassi, who did Big Y, has just received his YFull this night. They recognize 46 private mutations (amongst high quality, acceptable and ambiguous). Since YFull calculates any Big Y SNP 144 years, 144 x 46 = 6624. Thus the age of 4000 years that YFull assignes to L20* should be older. I have written many times that I am expecting that the ages of YFull are underextimated of 1000/1500 years. Perhaps more. If so, all the calibration upon the Bell Beakers expansion from Iberia could be revised.

Beyond these 46 novel SNPs Grassi would have other 48 private known SNPs: 46 + 48 = 94! Not counting that Big Y as to my Full Genome has many many no-calls, 2 out of 3 at the L20 level, so I suggested him to test them with Yseq.
