These are the samples of Behar 2012b explained by the "Ian Logan spreadsheet":

JQ702913 Private Mutations: G11778A; G15317A; A16293G;
Topologically missing: A11914G(L1'2'3'4'5'6);
Tested like /clone="1755"/ by Behar 2012b, it hasn't yet been published on the "Ian Logan spreadsheet" and its origin is unknown, but it is very likely of Italian origin [name withhold for medical reasons]

C146T, C152T, C195T, A247G, 315.1C
with the same mutation in A16293G and labelled U5a1g, then its coding region is known.

I have 10 samples in U5a1g, including the 1000 genomes "Tuscan" sample.
There are 5 U5a1g*, Italy, Russia, Slovakia (2 who match extractly) and "Tuscan".

There is also a subclade defined by 11914 and 16293, with 5 people from England, Italy, Macedonia and Armenia.

I have an age estimate of about 9000 years for U5a1g and about 5000 years for U5a1g1.
