The well know controversial ex boss of Egyptian archaeology is free and clear of all charges and is starting a lecture tour. He has a few interesting things to say about the great pyramid and still hidden treasures within...I remember watching the tv shows that had the little robots finding the mystery doors...I found that fascinating!

Good one Mike. I wonder how many undiscovered pyramids there could be across northern Africa? :?:

lord only knows Ian...I do remember watching a national geographic type doc that focused on the sweeping power of the desert and how when the winds shift for some reason and start to dump zillions of tons of sand some place, there is no way for humans to stop it. Apparently, whole major cities have been lost to the sands over the centuries, only to be found when the wind patterns shift and they get blown visable again. In fact, I think that happened to the sphinx waaay back when, it was lost to history for many centuries due to the sand, was rediscovered by much later pharoh's.
