V20 defines new subhaplogroup of C

Anyone know the placement of CTS11798 on the tree?

another C6 V20+,N113974, he is V222-? probably V222 is downstream of V20. and he has an interesting snp F2671.

it is hard to tell whether N1193974 is really positive for F2671. Geno 2.0 chip has shown a lot of false positives. V222 is an interesting issue and it may need PCR based test for N113974. Both C6 are positive for CTS 11043 and 11798. Can anyone find some information on CTS11798 from 1000 Genome Project data?

CTS10687+, CTS10966+, CTS146+, CTS3183+, CTS3394+, CTS3395+, CTS4784+, CTS5282+, CTS5519+, CTS5626+, CTS6465+, CTS7306+, CTS7538+, CTS9688+, CTS9715+, CTS9738+, CTS9805+, F1273+, F1296+, F1600+, F1800+, F1813+, F1877+, F2954+, F3821+, F4022+, F831+, L99+, PF3107+, PF7101+, Z38+, Z70+
too many different snps compared to other C6.probably some false positives.

His result matches 171250 (Irot) and all the new SNPs are false positives appearing other samples from non-C haplogroups. Following is my current version of C tree based on Geno 2.0 and 1000 Genome project:

Geno 2.0 deleted V86 from the reporting SNPs, so we do not know V86 results. However, it seems like all three V20+ persons have V219-. Here is my current C tree. You can visit https://sites.google.com/site/yhaptree/c for the latest version.

Miyazawa's results clarified a few things around M407:
1. CTS2657, CTS11190, F3755, F3921, F3949, F3967, F4027, F4035 are all upstream of M407;
2. F3737 and F3836 may be downstream of M407
