Eurogenes K15 pop averages are in
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... 1872836177

Eurogenes K15 pop averages contains the 13 components of Eurogenese K 13 of which 2 components North_Atlantic and Baltic are divided into 4 components North_Sea, Atlantic, Baltic and East_European. This influences the averages of the neighbouring components like West_Med, East_Med, Siberian and West_Asian . Specially West Asian with lower averages for the people with the strong Dieneske’ sub_component “Gedrosian” , “Gedrosian" is mainly included in East_European showing a real origin about Low Volga/South of Oural/Aral Sea for the so_called “Gedrosian”. The “Caucasian“ sub_component of West_Asia is reinforced.

Eurogenes K15 fits very well with my knowledge of physical anthroplogy. Here are the averages of the component percentage starting from the highest average.

The Present genetic analysyses of anient skeletons shows the existence of the components since the Middle Mesolitic (7000BC) with an already existing pool of derived SNPs for each of the 15 components. These pools were already in formation since the Middle Upper Paleolitic proved by the components of Malta-1 (24000BP) at the peak of LGM on Angara River (overflow of Baikal Lake) : North Sea 2.9%, Baltic 4.11% Eastern Euro 34.45% (from Western Siberia/East Europe), Siberia 5% (from North China/Mongolia) and Amerindian 21.16% (From East Siberia).
Mal'ta-1 a Y branch parallel to R1 and R2 with 35 unique SNPs was a mixing of the previous components and the original lineage with the derived alleles of the steps of Sapiens since the "Out Of Africa" to Siberia : Oceanian 3.37% South India 28.61% and Northeast Africa 0.79%.

the Neolithic samples shows the northward and westward advance of Eastern Med/Red Sea, then coupled with Western Med : NE1 Hungarian Neol (EM 31.01%, RS 3.94% WM 39.83%, Remaining Hunter-Gatherers : NS 2.02% Atlantic 20.82% Baltic 2.37% ), NE2 Hungarian Neol (EM 7.53%, RS 4.78% WM 52,55%, Remaining HG Atlantic 22.5%), Otzi (NS 6.21% At 25.54% WM 47.53% EM 20.11% with his haplogroup G2-L91) seems a Corsican merchant slaughtered by indigenous people and devoted to the deity of the mountain pass. Other components were expulsed from Central Europe by LBK advance and the developpement of manhunting for cannibalism as proved by the sites in Austria and in Germany near the LBK Stuttgart (At 23.19%, WM 47.18% EM 25.91% RS 3.68%), They refugied into Western Europe : Loschbour (5000BC in Luxemburg, hg-Y I2a1a, NS 29,69% Atlantic 29.57% Baltic 31.49% Eastern_Europe 8.31%) and La Brana-1 (5000BC in Spain/Leon, hg_Y C1a1b-V20 , NS 29.05%, Atlantic 27.26%, Baltic 27.38% EE 14.1%) to compare with the previous KO1 (5500BC Koros/Cris culture in East Hungaria and Transylvania with hg-Y C1a1b-V20 (for some Koros men), NS 37%, At 20.97%, Ba 37.29% EE 4.75%.

Western HG came back during Copper age (Bell Beaker) and Iron Age (Celts) and Eastern HG during Copper Age (IE) and Iron Age(Cimmerians, Scythes) then Sarmates, Germanics, Slavics and Turks Kipshaks/Coumans/Petchenegs/Khazars.
BR1 (Hungarian MiddleBronze) : NS 24.45% At 27.90% Ba 25.19% EE _2.93% WM 19.53% , the remaining components are 0%.
BR1 (Hungarian Final Bronze) _: NS 22.92% At 25.71% Ba 15.34% EE 10.92% WM 15.58% WA _0.04% EM 7.17% RS 1.95%
IR1 (Hungarian Iron-900BC) _ : NS 23.36% At 23.40% Ba 11.44% EE 19.14% WM _6.29% WA 15.76% EM 0.04% RS 0.10% (small % for the other ones).

For the Lazarides's hypothesis of ANE-WHG-ENF is an artificial building with ANE pool of derived allele of the eastern european/baltic/north_sea part in Malta'1, WHG the remaining derived alleles of east european/baltic/north_sea/atlanticC and ENF the Stutgart mixture of Wed_Med/East_Med/Red Sea.
The natural inclination of the politically liberal numerous scholars and amateurs (marxists or not) who creates the "consensus" is to see Europeans coming from everywhere and nowhere but without real homeland (an accursed word).

W Haag (Australia) and al's paper was (with I Lazarides(Harvard), Paterson(just been published.Harvard, ...,David Anthony, .. and Davis Reich (Harvard) has just just been publisked, They found one R1b-P25* in Spain (5600BC) and several R1b1a1a2a2-Z2103 in Yamna Culture (3000BC) about Samara(Volga river) a branch ancestor of the majority of eastern R1b parallel to the western R1b1a1a2a1 and autosomal dba of Yamna people is neighbouring of the finnish-speaking Mordovian (Between Don river and Volga river at Samara, Ezrya in the K15 spreadsheating is one of the two components of Modorvian) and after to the Lezgin (R1b1a1a2a2-Z2103 about 30%) in Daghestan/North East Caucasus like Tabarassan (R1b1a1a2a2-Z2103 about 60%) . Lezgin and Tabassaran are also in the K15 spreadsheet, there are high West_Asian 44% and 43% and low East_Med 13% and 11%, and there are also important european part (34 and 37% repectively), in the other hand, Armenians (R1b 30%) and Assyrians (R1b 25%) have weak European totals (18 and 16%). These elements make very unlikely the proposition of Yamna people to submerge all the Europe even if the west_asian component increased during the Iron age IR1, but not in Hungarian BR1 and BR2. It is to exam carefully.
Samara (5600BC) is either R1b-M73 or R1b_M269.

I think the number of Y-SNPs are underestimated for low_branches by present lack of comparizon between the neighbouring low branches and also overestimation of the mutation rate (except for Francalacci and al-2013).
The discovery of the first R1b in Spain (5100BC) ends a period due to :
- Out of care due to more interest in Neolithic and IE expansions
- Maybe unknown rejects due to the fear of contamination by archeologists and museums and to be contrary to the mainstream opinion.

For south and central Asia, East_European equal North_Sea+Atlantic+Baltic roughy (West_Med is absent) . If we double East_European score, we get the importance of the European part in south and central Asia (exception Borusho) .

Maximum of East_Euro along the Middle Volga river, but Mari and Chuvash the highest people of Volga have an important East Asiatic part now.

Original region : basins of Don and Volga rivers, South Oural and south part of basin of Ob river.
Paleolithic culture : Kostenkian, Easter Eprigravettian
Y_haplogroup s: R1a-Z280 (West), R1a-Z93 (East) R1a-Z93 migrated towards Centre-Asia, South-West Asia and India in several migrations from Mesolithic times.
Mt-Haplogroups : U4 U2e H6
The Siberian N1c1a1a-L392-L1026 coming from North_West_Siberia to North_East_Siberian in Mesolithic age absorbed the East_European component by marrying female european natives and lost the East-Asiatic components for a great part, next it pushed southwards between East Baltic Sea and Ural Mountains.
Before the coming of N1c, there were
1) Indo_European expansion
2) Cimmerian, Scythian and Sarmatian expansions
after
3) Slavic expansions with Baltic component
4) Kipshak Turks (Coumans/Petchenegs, Khazars, Bulgars, ...) expansions with the Siberian component (Chuvash, Mari, Tatar, ..).
