Dear dartraighe, I appreciated your letter about statistics among Big Y, Dante Lab and FGC Y Elite, but say to your friends of the S21 project that science is to solve specific problems, and about the SNPs at the R-L52+L151 level of my friend Amerighi my Full Genome would have solved the problem, Big Y didn't:

Of course the reference sequence of R-U152-L20 had a back mutation in Y: 14641193 (T>C).

Thanks to you and other FGC Y-Elite testers Yfull has been able to build the Y Tree and also to all the Big Y testers who sent their Bam files to Yfull. YFull's tree is the best that there is at present. The country of origin of the testers and their specific branches helps to build a big picture of all the YDNA haplogroups.

I still do not understand after looking at the P312 part of the tree that some posters still insist on a Steppe origin for P312. I couldn't find one Steppe sample in all of it. I know that all P312 testers are not at Yfull but the vast majority of P312 branches are represented.
