Q Haplo Project
changed classification system, and new sections are named by SNP number (! :o )

When you add still not avalable SNP menu
so final is: hard to find anything

Is anybody interested in Haplo Qupdate on ISOGG page?
Who is coordinating new SNPs under Q-Haplo?
We have: L606, L612, L717, L718, L766, L767, L804-L807, L883-L891, L932-L942, Z780 discovered in last HALF year

Is it possible that NONE of new SNPs
was tested enough for ISOGG classification?

Since I have some Q results I'm also interested in last Y-Tree, but this one at project page is from year...2009
There is Dr T. Krahn Draft for Haplo Q
but it's only a draft - not everything is confimed
(I've noticed that L942 was under M346 level - now jumped at the same level)

Can anybody send some links with latest news?
Any Haplo chart (updated)?

Thanks

Hello,

When you add still not avalable SNP menu

They should not hold their breath. Unless, of course, they are Ray Banks, he should hold his breath forever.

so final is: hard to find anything

All that can be found is most easy to find. ;-)

Yes, also ISOGG IGNORES the new SNPs discovered for the Americas and that P89 is NOT private. <Bah>

Is it possible that NONE of new SNPs
was tested enough for ISOGG classification?

I have stopped paying attention to ISOGG and their tree. Nobody who knows Q can stand to deal with the ISOGG Tree committee for more than a few months.

I mean wouldn't be easier to take the standard of other Haplo Projects (like most of R1b)
not to find anything but just to have it wihout special searching.

I thing that new system in Haplo Q project,
changed in last month is a bad way.
Old one was much better

Only Americas? Do You mean that Asian and European SNPs are not ignored?

I have stopped paying attention to ISOGG and their tree. Nobody who knows Q can stand to deal with the ISOGG Tree committee for more than a few months.

That's sad because I thought that it's a good place to have all updates.

Yes. I saw it.
- YCC 2008 Q tree
(...)
and a little bit updated Draft (comparing to ISOGG)

So when ISOGG is "bad guy" it would be good to have own (actual) updates?

Maybe it would be good to likt that in main page?
